Questions we get

01
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple handles App Store subscriptions, so cancellation lives there. On your iPhone: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Little Nap → Cancel. You keep premium access until the current period ends.
02
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Little Nap, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the subscription.
03
How do I share a baby with another caregiver?
Open the baby's card in Settings and tap Share. You'll get a short invite code to send over. Once they enter it in their copy of Little Nap, they can see the baby's sleep history and leave handoff notes. You can revoke access at any time.
04
What age is Little Nap for?
Newborn through about age three — the years when daytime naps and wake-window timing matter most. You can keep tracking night sleep after that, but the per-nap prediction naturally quiets down once your child has dropped daytime naps.
05
Is my data private?
Yes. No ads, no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, no cross-app tracking. Baby photos and sleep history are only accessible to you and the caregivers you've explicitly invited. The privacy policy has the full picture — what we store, who we share it with, and how you can pull it back.
06
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Little Nap, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. That removes your account, baby profiles, sleep history, photos, and caregiver shares — and revokes shared caregivers' access. Encrypted backups clear out over about thirty days. If you can't sign in, email hello@littlenap.app from the address on your account and we'll handle it for you.
07
Does Little Nap give medical advice?
No. The app and the Sleep Coach are general guidance, not medical advice. If anything about your baby's sleep or health feels off, talk to a pediatrician.
